A magazine just for women

When there are big problems, we think we cannot do anything. We wait for the government to do something. We wait for big companies to do something. We wait for people with lots of money to do something.
But what if we can solve (حل کردن) these problems best of all?

What if there was a magazine in Afghanistan just for women?  Would you like that?  Would it help Afghan women?  How?

A young woman named Fatana wanted to give women in Afghanistan a way to share their ideas with each other. She thought a magazine just for women was needed in Afghanistan.  It would be a place where women could talk about fashion [سبک], marriage, equality [برابری], laws that help women, home, children, work, education, books, and respect between men and women.
Ten young Afghan women agreed to volunteer [داوطلب شدن] to help Fatana. The first issue of their magazine came out this month.  It is called “Gellara”.  (Do you know what Gellara means?)  Fatana hopes the magazine will become very popular with young, educated women in Afghanistan.  She knows that they yearn [مشتاق بودن] to share their ideas and hopes with each other.
Fatana hopes the magazine will be sold in market places, at hair salons and dentist offices, or any place where women go.  Each magazine will cost about $1.50.
What do you think?  Will women buy such a magazine?  Will it be too expensive for them?
If you could write a story for this magazine, what would you write about?
