Possessive or plural?

 Possessive (مضافالیه) or Plural (جمع)?

There is a little sign in English that is very important.  
The sign looks like this:  ' 

When  you use the sign with "s" ( ' + s) means that someone has something.
The girl's dress.  (The girl has a dress.)
The boy's bicycle.  (The boy has a bicycle.)
The mother's book.  (The mother has a book.)
The worker's tool (ابزار).  (The worker has a tool.)



If you do not see that little sign with "s", it means plural (جمع) or many things.

The girls (many girls) have beautiful dresses.
The boys (many boys) have new bicycles.
The mothers (many mothers) have good books.
The workers (many workers) have many tools.
