Why the sky (آسمان) is blue.
Sunlight (نور خورشید) has 7 colors: red, yellow, pink, green, purple, and orange, and blue.
Sunlight moves (حرکت کردن) in waves (موج ها), like water. Some light waves are short (کوتاه). Some light waves are long (دراز). Blue light waves are the shortest (کوتاه ترین) waves. Light waves move in a line like this: ------------ But when the light hits (زدن) the air (هوا) in our sky, it moves like this:
Because (زیرا) blue waves are the shortest waves, there are more (زیادتر) of them. That is why we see blue when we look at the sky!
